Acorns to Oaks
An intergenerational project that brings together the youngest & oldest in our communities to play creatively together.
The Project
In 2019, we launched a co-production with Travelled Companions Theatre Company. Acorns to Oaks #1 delivered a series of creative workshops in Care Homes and Nurseries across South Liverpool. Working with children, older people, families and staff, we gave everyone involved permission to play!
The Future
Going forward, we are hoping to deliver a digital resource pack to allow the intergenerational play to continue despite COVID restrictions!
